The summer daycare programs at Jaycees Early Learning Center are a great way to keep your children engaged, educated, and entertained during the sunny season. Our kids summer programs make weekly field trips to exciting recreational outlets, including Allentown Fitness and Splash Park, the Baltimore Aquarium, Chuck E. Cheese, National Capital Trolley Museum, Climb Zone, North Anne Arundel Aquatic, Cameron Run Water Park, Kings Dominion, Six Flags (for ages 7 to 12), and many other fun and exciting places in our local community! In addition to all of these locations, we frequently visit Bowling, Go-Kart, and Skating venues too.

Our Fort Washington kids summer programs includes:

  • An interactive learning center equipped with a large computer lab and computers in each classroom
  • An introductory course in Spanish
  • Weekly field trips related to a curriculum or a theme
  • A safe, secure, and healthy learning environment
  • High Reach Learning Curriculum (Approved by the Maryland State Department of Education)
  • Accredited by the NECPA (National Early Childhood Program Accreditation) 
  • Validated/Rated at Level 3 of Maryland EXCELS program

We are currently planning for our kids’ summer activities field trips. In order to fund the cost of these exciting field trips and activities, there will be a one-time activity fee for each age group (two years and older). You will be provided with a list of the trips. Listed below, you will find the amount charged according to your child’s age and classroom:

Our Maryland kids’ Summer Program starts in June. We begin reservations for the summer field trips the week of April 16th. In order for your child to participate in the activities and field trips this summer, we request that you pay the activity fee no later than Monday, May 18, 2020. We will not be able to accept payments per trip. The entire activity fee must be paid. Please keep in mind we will not have enough staff to leave your child at the learning center. Therefore, if the activity fee is not paid, you will have to make other arrangements for childcare that day.
